- Our Nursery Green site at Loxwood was previously a brownfield Plant Growing Nursery which was successfully promoted for the landowner via the Neighbourhood Plan.
- Consent achieved was for 43 houses and a much-needed village shop.
- This site was particularly challenging due to the requirement to be water neutral which meant that we had to undertake a water budget and provide extensive water reduction measures on site.
- The planning was achieved at local level and the site was then acquired from the landowner.
